A UAE-born startup, Property Finder expanded its operations to Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt over the years. Recently, it acquired a significant stake in Zingat in Turkey. The company is one of the largest technology start-ups in the region and on a journey to becoming a Unicorn. We are aspiring to create a lighthouse technology company which will have a lasting impact in the entire tech ecosystem in our geography.Job purpose:It is at the heart of Property Finder?s purpose to develop compelling products which deliver strong commercial value to our customers. We therefore seek an experienced, commercially savvy and strategic Product Manager who has owned core products and has an excellent track record of delivering material revenue growth.The successful candidate will be the strongest advocate for the user and customer and will be responsible for defining, validating, communicating, and delivering an end-to-end product that solves the most important and complex problems for our users and customers. Our Product Managers sit in the intersection of Technology, Business, and Design to determine what is best for our users, customers, and company.Responsibilities:

• Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
• Experience leading other product managers (if needed) with diverse backgrounds.
• Product Validation - always-on product discovery, defining MVPs, running design sprints and validating customer feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
• Being a strong customer advocate and ensuring the voice of the customer is heard and communicated at every step of the process (from problem validation to solution validation to release).
• Identify ?commercial and monetisation opportunities? and quickly build experiments to validate new offerings.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Define, report on, and improve core metrics.
• Work in ?close collaboration with other functions in Property Finder? to gain feedback on the efficacy of our offerings in the market and maximise our impact on the market.

• Product Management role with 6+ years experience as a PM.
• Excellent digital product development experience with a large and growing audience.
• Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
• Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders both with and without direct authority.
• Strong experience in implementing modern methodologies to rapidly develop innovative products which delight customers and drive growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management capability.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Business Centric - passionate about finding the intersection between solving customer problems and business value.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal English.

• Experience of delivering solutions for multiple markets.
• Knowledge of Classifieds marketplace experience.
