We are part of the wider Innovation & Strategic Partnerships team working with stakeholders across the company and industry on projects that help define the future of commerce.The Sr. Manager - Innovation Engagements play a critical role in, partnering Visa?s ecosystem partners (banks, merchants, FinTechs, internet companies) to discover opportunities and co-create innovative new solutions.As a Sr. Manager, Innovation Engagements, you will be supporting large co-creation sprints and leading shorter cycle engagements. In many engagements, you will serve as a lead agile facilitator and sprint manager, helping diverse teams come together and deliver outsize outcomes.Youll be involved in the early stages of research, ideation and storytelling and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams through the iteration and implementation process. A natural collaborator, youll bringing together client partners, designers, technologists, product stakeholders and subject matter experts and inspire and lead solutioning discussions.This role would ideally suit someone looking to make a move from an Agency/Consultancy role into an in house role.Responsibilities

• Lead smaller engagements and Co-creations, end-to-end (from scoping, to research and client delivery in Center/Market/virtual)
• Lead and take full ownership of key SetPlays, product explorations, and thought leadership pieces
• Serve as lead facilitator and sprint manager for smaller engagements and parts of co-creations, helping diverse teams come together and deliver outsize outcomes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to draw down ?value-in-kind? to fund engagements
• Take leadership of project, team, and client relationship in the 6-week project cycle.
• Lead and inspire large and diverse teams of 15-30 client + Visa staff for 6 weeks during co-creations, providing clear vision, direction, and allocating roles based on skills, strengths and need
• Manage junior team members assigned on project (e.g, Analyst, Designer) assigning specific tasks, defining timeline, and reviewing deliverables
• Coordinate support and inputs required from Visa Sales team, senior team members and Visa SMEs
• Coordinate with Innovation Ops team logistics of client engagements (e.g., Venue, Agenda, etc.)
• Facilitate co-creation and design sprints in the center
• Lead in-market immersions to gain user insights
• Define research (e.g., format, scope, candidate, interview guides, survey content, etc.)
• Manage research agencies in market as required
• Use exceptional project management, facilitation and leadership skills to inspire the joint Visa + client / partner team to deliver their best through the six-week sprint
• Be equally effective running engagements in Visa?s CEMEA Innovation Centers (Dubai, Nairobi) or any of the 92 markets served by the region

Support Role in Co-creations:

• Serve as lead facilitator and sprint manager for specific co-creation workstreams
• Independently create key Co-creation deliverables such as concept summary, go-to-market, video handover etc.
• Run in-market immersions to understand user needs, and distill insights into actionable outcomes
• Create stimuli, insight decks and facilitation guides
• Manage Co-creation engagement budget

Support Role in Innovation Engagement

• Run Innovation Center tours and present content in client meetings and Discovery sessions
• As needed, run Discovery sessions on a variety of topics
• Help build Experiential assets in the center, e.g. content narratives, customized tours and demos
• Support Innovation Center operations in areas such as reporting of engagements & client activity
• Engage the business and partner ecosystem by organizing brownbags, meetups and other events

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Must have demonstrated experience in running sprints that involve needs discovery, design, services design and solution development
• Management consulting and agency experience would be a big plus
• The ideal candidate will bring a combination of business knowledge and creativity/design skills.
• Must be able to work in a dynamic startup-like team environment with a diverse team
