Job Description

Our client is an˙Engineering - Oil and Gas˙company. They are now looking for a˙Senior procurement Engineer˙to join them in Al-Khobar Area.Roles & Responsibilities˙

  • Complete the formulation and execution of procurement strategy and procurement plan.
  • Prepare and issue the RFQ documents.
  • Ensure that the bidding documents are received within the required time or extend the bidding time as needed.
  • Coordinate responses to supplier clarifications.
  • Organize meetings with bidders and other related parties to negotiate with potentially successful bidders to obtain the best cost options.
  • Conduct commercial evaluation of bids, prepare bid-winning proposals, letters of intent/purchase orders.
  • Update procurement status reports.
