Develop and establish the project schedule, monitor and control the project progress to ensure the adherence to project schedule.1. Develop detailed base line program ? Clause 14 program for the project.2. Develop and establish cost loaded project schedule for the project.3. Develop separate monitoring and tracking schedule for critical activities (Key performance indicators) in consultation with consultants.4. Plan the project submittals and develop summary schedules for shop drawings and material submittals.5. Plan the procurement activities and prepare procurement schedule. ( summary )6. Prepare 2 week and 1 month look ahead schedules for the project execution.7. Prepare the project progress monitoring formats with schedule weights of activities.8. Prepare reporting formats for both internal and external.9. Review and verify the progress updates from site/submittals and update the schedule10. Analyse the actual progress against planned progress and identify the variations. Prepare recovery schedules in coordination with the construction team and monitor the progress.11. Provide monthly project progress for preparing the invoice.12. Provide monthly subcontractors progress for preparing the invoice.13. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports of the project.14. Analyse the schedule impact of variation orders and communicate to management.15. Present project progress updates, recovery plans for the variations from plan, in the weekly management meeting. Implement actions decided in the meeting.16. Providing mentorship for junior/trainee planning engineers
