Plan, Follow-up, Monitors and Report projects during pre-contract and post contract phase.
Maintains optimally efficient output during all phases and stages of project.
Creates, update and revise projects baseline programme and recovery programmes.
Prepares EOT Claims.
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement all planning functions such as building up a fully resources loaded project?s baseline and revised programmes.
Prepare projects monitoring and controlling reports.
Attends progress meetings on sites.
Prepare internal status/progress/control reports.
Prepare, review and assess time extension claims.
Advise and highlight the projects managers and the area managers of all critical planning-related matters, deviations and effects of obstacles and propose corrective actions.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company and projects standards
