  • Creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, pies, and breads.
  • Developing new recipes and menu items that appeal to customers and align with the restaurant?s brand and vision.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure that the pastry kitchen is fully stocked and prepared for service.
  • Overseeing and training the pastry staff, including bakers and pastry assistants, to ensure that all baked goods are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Maintaining the kitchen equipment and ensuring that it is in good working condition.
  • Developing and implementing new techniques and trends in the pastry industry
