Job purpose:Senior Paralegal will be responsible for gathering, preparing and summarizing relevant materials for use by Group Legal Counsel. Lead strategic and tactical corporate legal initiatives, attend board meetings, maintain case files, and perform legal research, indexes and track documents being sent to different parties. Will be responsible for reviewing and drafting agreements, facilitate business transactions, taking minutes and assist with managing and ensuring compliance of the Company in general and other duties as assigned.
