Job Description

About the jobOur client is a leading Conglomerate looking to hire a Senior Operations Manager for their Freezone operations in Dubai to oversee and manage seamless day to day FZ Operations as agreed with line manager. Supervise FZ Operations staff and extend support as and when needed.Operations Management

  • Support department in coordinating across governmental projects and cascading the requirements to the team to ensure that any governmental requirements are fulfilled and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Assess and monitor the Technical Operating Infrastructure and engage with the Information Technology Team to continuously enhance the systems as needed.
Governance and Process Management
  • Liaise between internal stakeholders in order to fulfil requests in a timely and accurate manner as needed.
  • Support Line Manager in regular maintenance of regulations, guidelines, and laws relevant for free zone licensing
Organisational Management
  • Support line manager to strategize process improvements.
  • Build Team and capabilities through knowledge transfer to team members.
  • Perform and complete any other duties as assigned by line Manager.
