Job Description

About the role:The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for developing merchandising plans based on customer insights, e-commerce goals and initiatives to achieve substantial uplifts in revenue, site conversion and average order size, and enhance product discovery and content for his/her own category as well as support merchandisers to elevate their categories. The role will also be responsible to collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, master data, planning, digital support etc) to ensure aceuae.com is merchandised & optimized to achieve business targets.?Proactive lead the full merchandising team to be compliant with overall eCom strategy?Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Financial Targets
  • Co- Lead the Merchandising and Trading of aceuae.com, maximising product positioning and stock availability
  • Responsible for daily/weekly management of products going live ensuring 100% accuracy of product content and assets??
  • Assist the Head of department to deliver the weekly, monthly reporting/analysis highlighting opportunities and risks
  • Weekly/monthly competitor/market analysis highlighting opportunities and risks?
  • Assist the Head of department to plan the Marketing and Promotional Plan. Own content plan end-to-end
  • Data Dashboard creation ? briefing and aligning with IT team to build data rich dashboards to support in day to day trading
  • Lead on key promotional & strategic events
  • Align with Performance Marketing team on weekly/monthly/yearly targets
  • Suggest UX/UI improvements
  • Building strong relationship with internal teams. Excellent communicator within internal team to support correct timely execution
