As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be expected to have a full knowledge and expertise in HVAC and Plumbing systems, LPG systems design, calculations, life cycle cost analysis, drawing production and report writing
Candidates shall have knowledge of ASHRAE, SBC, DM, DCD, DEWA, TRAKHES, EHS submission preparations to local authorities
Design according to local authorities standards and obtain necessary design NOC/s
To manage and coordinate the efficient production of documentation for multiple projects, simultaneously
Taking a lead role from concept design through construction documents
Preparing technical specifications
Regularly attend Client and authorities meetings
Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers, etc.
The candidate must be able to work well independently and to manage a team of mechanical engineers and mechanical Revit operators to successfully deliver projects on time and in budget
The candidate must be detail oriented and well organized with effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
To supervise the work of other members of the out-sourcing design team.
