Equivalent Bachelor Urban Panning Design or Town Planning. Recognized professional qualification or membership or Master?s Degree in urban design / urban planning / landscape architecture.Minimum 10 year's or more experience in the industry.Experience managing and delivering a range of urban planning projects. Ability to lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects to successful delivery of outcomes within budget and program. Using relevant software like sketch up, CAD, and able to create represented illustration using post-production soft wares like Photoshop. Assisting leader of Urban Planning and management team in identification and pursuit of business development opportunities, and growth of the business through new and repeat clients. Prepare and present submissions/reports to support projects and ensure quality deliverables.Basic role includes the application of architecture and planning/urban design skills along with project coordination responsibilities from time to time. Creative concepts and production of detailed master plans including urban design studies, development code regulations and guidelines.
