Visualization and Design for our trusted client to be based out of their headquarters in Dubai.Job PurposeTo translate the design concepts created within the Strategy and Development group into compelling illustrations and animations to support the vision for the future of the company. The illustrations and animations will range for conceptual to photo-realistic and short conceptual animations to fully edited fly throughs.Job Accountabilities

• In conjunction with the Director and Head of Design, develop and deliver 3D models, visuals and animations to support the design studio initiatives.
• Ensure that all S&D strategy masterplans have been developed to the highest visual quality.
• Will collaborate with the Design Studio team to ensure the visual style and quality of the final visuals and animations is developed and maintained.
• Facilitate the development of a 3D virtual environment in which the design studio can communicate our design concepts and experience strategies.
• Assist in the development of a 3D mentoring guideline to ensure the uplift of the 3D modeling and visualization skills with the companys design studio.
• Enable and manage the development of selected members of staff within the companys design studio team.
• Collaborate and coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders and ensure 3D visual consistency throughout company.
• Develop, publish and control 3D visual internal design standards
• Assist in the development of an Augmented and Virtual Reality strategy with the Director and Head of Design. This will include evaluating future trends within the Visualization sector and preparing business concepts for how innovative technologies should be applied to the design studio.
• Manage the development of the Design Studios 3D printing capabilities. Ensure that the Design Studio maintains highly innovative standards when integrating the 3D capabilities.
• Collaborate and coordinate efforts with key internal stakeholders to ensure that the business is aware of our Visualization capabilities. Ensure alignment with of companys strategic design requirements and manage all visualization and graphic input.

• Expert experience in developing 3D visualizations of the highest quality and detail.
• Must be able to demonstrate and communicate the full lifecycle of the of the visualization process.
• Expert knowledge of producing in-house animations.
• Demonstrate a design lead approach to visualization and produce presentation material.
• Demonstrate the ability to research solutions to either artistic or technical challenges when they arise.
• Proven track record of taking a concept sketch through to a detailed visual solution.
• Ensure that innovation within the visualization sector is incorporated into the design process.
• Develop 3D standards and guidelines and ensure compliance with the standards.
• Proven track record in mentoring team members to produce 3D visualization.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
