Job Description

  • The candidate collates processes, ideates, evaluates and redesigns the business processes with an aim to achieve 100% automation of the process, with aggressive deadlines
  • Re-design the processes and systems, aimed at best in class client service
  • Prioritize the work based on Senior Management guidance
  • Review the current linkages between various businesses and functions and customer service organization (e.g., Customer service and Collections/ Operations etc.) to suggest rejig, where required
  • Review current awareness, socialization and escalation forum/s and suggest changes, where required
