<b>Senior Manager-Payment Solutions. </b><b></b>Our client is a leading wealth management organization with headquarters in the UAE looking for an experienced Payment Solutions Manager.<b>Responsibilities</b><b></b>Optimize and implement the worldwide PSP (Payment System Provider) footprinting plan.Work together, cultivate current connections within the PSP (Payment System Provider) partner network, and make sure that solutions are maintained.Oversee the entire PSP onboarding and offboarding process.Throughout the PSP lifespan, establish and uphold solid protocols and procedures to manage the PSP portfolio.Recognize the company needs and devise a plan to optimize the utilization of the entire payment system, incorporating cryptocurrency, as well as the customers payment experience.Plan a roadmap of the solutions required across brands and markets in collaboration with the commercial and operations departments.Oversee and direct the businesss cryptocurrency payments strategy.Investigate, find, reach out, do due diligence, negotiate contracts, and onboard new payment solutions while collaborating with the integrations team to ensure that the commercials are ready.Serve as the partners point of contact until it goes live; the integration team will then oversee the continued connection.KPIs: Cost effectiveness, settlements, success rates, and solution coverage.Conducts routine investigation and evaluation of competitors.It is crucial that you are leading the companys vision and have a broad perspective. It will be your responsibility to explain this to your teams as well, so that they are aware of the organizations strategy and how they personally contribute to the companys success.To make sure the team meets its KPIs, you will assist in guiding, swaying, and setting priorities for the deliverables that are needed.Your teams will be empowered by you as an authentic leader to work together and accomplish the teams KPIs.By sharing your knowledge and providing opportunities for growth, you will help the team expand its skills and become more open to new learning experiences.As your teams change champion, it is your responsibility to make sure that all changes are communicated to, understood by, and integrated into the team.You will oversee the entire employee life cycle and make sure that any issues with performance management are resolved.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance/IT/Projects management or in a related field will be considered as an advantageFluency in English with upper level is required (both verbal and written), Any additional language will be considered as an advantagePrevious experience in any Payment provider/Financial institution/Payment institution is a must.Understanding how payment systems, acquiring, settlements work is a must.Computer literate -excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS OutlookFamiliarity with cryptocurrency in B2B and B2C settings importantPrevious experience in Forex industry or corporate management/administration beneficialDetail-oriented, results-driven, analytical, and organized mindset requiredProactive, creative thinker with ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environmentAbility to build strong collaborative relationships with business partnersProvide expertise and support in successful implementation of payment solutionsUtilize market knowledge and data analysis for product and company successExperience managing teams and involvement in employee life-cycle beneficialAlign team direction with company strategyFoster continuous learning and enhance engagement within teamsLead team to meet KPIs at required level
