The Integrated Operational Planning team within the IOO leads the integrated operational planning approach to ensure departments and functional areas are aligned and consistent in their planning in order to be ready for the operational period.Main responsibilities for this role include:- Organise and deliver the December, January, February and March PATH FORWARD meetings;- Continue the Guest Group Journey project, identifying gaps and overlaps in services/service levels to the core guest groups;- Act as liaison for a group of departments to support integration of their milestones, risks, issues, services, policies and priorities across the organisation;- Support the Head of Integrated Planning, updating programme plans, reports, risks, issues and procurement;- Co-ordinate and provide secretariat support to the Guest Group Demand Working Group meetings, ensuring outputs are uploaded into online planning tools as appropriate;- Support other Integrated Operational Planning team members on their projects (Scope of Services, Policies & Procedures, Department/FA Operating Plans and Service Levels) as required;- Support the Readiness function eg tabletop exercises and facilitation as appropriate.
