Supervise the Vessel Hook Up Superintendents.
Be responsible for hook up and brownfield productivity results, HSE results and quality results.
Be responsible for ensuring that the correct number of resources and skills are assigned to project for offshore operation related to hook up and brownfield works
Ensure all resources assigned for the offshore execution of hook up and brownfield work possess the required level of competence.
Be responsible for the utilization and mobilization of hook up / brownfield equipment and associated maintenance cost.
B responsible for the management of all the logistic related to the hook up / brownfield SOW performed in MENA area
Ensure projects have the correct selection, sourcing and allocation, of the chartered vessel needed for execute the project SOW, considering the best utilization between projects.
Be responsible for the rationalization on the use of all marine assets used to execute the hook up/ brownfield on the MEBA area
Plan and co-ordinate the placement of productive labor and supervision and equipment to obtain Plan and co-ordinate the placement of productive labor and supervision and equipment to obtain optimum performance in safety, quality and production.
Work with Purchasing to save cost on products and services related to hook up / brownfield activities
Ensure compliance to Human Resources procedures
Establish he best use of Innovative technology to enhance the facilities competitive edge in the market place
Responsible for workload management, improvement, optimization relative to all hook up work performed in MENA area for all hook up and brownfield activities.
Work closely with project hook managers in order to guarantee best practices and best solutions to maximize efficiency, safety, quality of offshore hook up and brownfield execution works.
Develop strategic initiatives to reduce MENA hook up DOE, obtain approval and oversee until full implementation.
Basic Qualifications:
20+ years of experience on execution of offshore works 7+ years on managing hook up/ brownfield operations
Requires multi-disciplinary expertise on executing fabrication works on hook up and brownfield environment
Requires expertise on how to operate fabrication activities on a marine environment
