The Senior Manager, Food and Beverage will be a capable team leader who can lead the team towards F&B operations for EX20, work in cross functional teams, and provide specialist experience in procurement and contract management related to F&B.The main responsibilties of the role include:- Oversee a specific group of accounts from the local Dubai / UAE marketplace and ensure their successful delivery, including planning, licensing, fit out, service delivery and deliver strategic insight on the approach to the F&B services related concession delivery, including financial analysis and frameworks to enable revenue assurance;- Deliver best in class support materials in coordination with F&B providers to gain awareness and build the credentials for the F&B offer at Expo and develop the cross functional relationships needed to ensure the successful service delivery and integrate plans between Expo and partners;?- Manage the timely return of planning and licensing documents as well as coordinate requirements for physical space planning, including allocations, space planning and handover for fit out by operator;?- Seek and develop opportunities that leverage the F&B program tapping into the vast array of options within the Expo site to create bundled service options;?- Model and report on hospitality function revenue projections and bookings, review and update agreements based on scope changes with the commercial legal team;?- Deliver against approved plans for F&B, across a variety of styles and locations and effectively manage relationships with key potential contacts and work with finance, procurement and others to ensure a smooth acquisition of new concessions;?- Coordinate and collaborate with the various Expo entities to ensure all opportunities for multi-party delivery (ie. packages) are successful;?- Supports the overall Concessions team in developing creative and innovative solutions for Expo 2020 and leveraging F&B to deliver on the financial plan and also support sound financial management and revenue capture from partners;?- Act as a leader for the F&B team and provides clear roles and responsibilities, policies and procedures, regular feedback and guidance and engage in staff planning to include recruitment, training and management of internal staff to support the F&B program.
