The main responsibilities for this role include:-Building an active and collaborative partnership with local collaborators design and crafts such as : universities, schools, design organisations, galleries, design fairs,? factories, providers, material banks;- Managing the Kiosks projects from: legal, commercial, logistics, storage, trading , finical ,promotional and all needed aspects;- To manage the implementation of 29 kiosks plan across the site, collaborating with SMEs and relevant entities to showcase the diversity of UAE design; and content to ensure that Expo 2020 Dubai is a thought leadership and an innovation platform in the area of design;- To manage the PR and the promotional videos and film s and campaign, production and casting, needed to fulfil the design and crafts promotional plan and the content. Kiosks and exhibition;?- Ensure continual and up to date adherence to Expo policies,? procedures and frameworks;- Liaise together with Director and other Arts and Culture Dpts. with internal departments to ensure awareness and alignment across programs and initiatives as needed;- Manage on behalf of Expo 2020 supporting suppliers, including agencies, consultants, speakers or publishers, in the delivery of world-class events and experiences.
