Job Description

Our client is˙a leading renewable energy provider.˙They are now looking for a˙Senior Manager ? Corporate Finance˙to join them.˙Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead detailed financial analysis of various financing options and drive selection and execution of preferred approach, with strong focus on timing and budget.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with financing parties, including tax, equity investors, lenders, project investors and others.
  • Lead evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities; presenting opportunities to senior management and negotiating all transaction related documentation.
  • Manage entire execution process and communicate with tax, technical, insurance, legal advisors to ensure due diligence is completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the internal business development, technical, risk and legal teams to consolidate all elements of a project into a viable project financing structure to be financed either stand-alone or as part of a portfolio.
