Ensures that there are technical procedures, documentations and standard policies put in place that should be reviewed on a regular basis.
When it comes to complicated technical problems that may arise, the technical manager should be able to make the right decisions on which solutions to implement.
Send his team to technical trainings and makes sure that they are current on their licensing and certifications.
Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
All engineers must be under the supervision of Technical manager.
Canvassing order and field services to be provided.
Keeping a tab on all engineers, about their activity.
Giving a patient hearing to their problems and helping to solve the same.
Suggestions in all regards for the betterment & improvement in overall working atmosphere.
If any problem facing in the market he should inform General Manager.
Giving technical support to all workers.
Advise on the suitability of which materials to use in inspection, testing and examination work.
Maintain company technical certification and stay ahead of the requirements of the national laws.
Be up to date with new instruments and tools introduced to the market that may help in improving our inspection services.
Authorized to sign all business documents except invoices.
Recommend for the authorization of the inspectors?
