Primarily responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and providing advice on contract and agreement issues and disputes.Work closely with regulators and other legal professionals to ensure that our operations are in compliance with the regulations and that legal risks and exposures are managed effectively.Responsible for negotiating all commercial contracts, investments and joint ventures, coordination dispute resolution matters and promoting awareness of changes in law and regulation which will impact business operations across the Real Estate entity.
