As a Senior Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting leasing manager in making leasing strategy and policies, developing potential tenants as well as maintaining the lease records and updating the lease activities in a database. You will be in contact and negotiation with tenants & customers, and you will have to ensure the leasing occupancy and tenants? mix of the mall.Duties and Responsibilities:?Ensure that retail leasing is well understood, and retail market is well studied. ?Ensure to understand the need of market and tenants, to make leasing strategy & policies as per market situation and demand. ?Work on leasing procedures and ensure to obtain all requested documents from tenants (Booking Form, Tenant Information, Leasing Approval Form, Valid Passport Copy with Visa Page Residence, Emirates ID, Trade license copy for Corporate Booking, Power of Attorney for Authorize Signatory, as well as co occupant?s documents.?Introduce the mall to customers & tenants and answer all sorts of questions from them in polite & experienced manners. Detailed discussion of leasing terms and conditions with customers. ?Coordinate with admin team to Prepare lease agreement as per the approved Leasing Approval Form.?Assist tenants to understand and sign off leasing agreements, and guide them to Finance Dept. for payment; follow up to confirm all payment to be cleared as per payment time schedule. ?Collaborate with other departments. ?Responsible for process of renewal and non-renewal discussion. Send monthly renewal/non-renewal notices (90 days prior to expiry)RequirementsThe leasing Executive should be well organized and have a strong ability of leasing and communication skills.?A degree in Business/marketing.?Professional attitude and appearance.?Solid written and verbal communication skills.?Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.?Excellent organizational skills.?Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.?Customer service attitude.?Have excellent computer skills.
