As a Learning Consultant within Cerner ITWx, you will consult with and coordinate between Cerner and client project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies, develop appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design and solution adoption best practices to address gaps in motivation and ability. You will also conduct training and classroom-based coaching onsite and in virtual environments that build motivation and ability prepare lesson plans including methods, materials and documentation to be presented and revise, modify and develop course content to address current solution features, functions and workflow to address client needs. Evaluating learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes will be under the scope of your role as well.QualificationsBasic Qualifications? Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.? At least 1 year experience in HCIT Consulting, HCIT Learning, HCIT Support work? At least 1 year experience with Moodle, Totata, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Video Production? Adult training or coaching experience.? Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.? Ability to travel in the region, work overtime and irregular hours when needed.? Excellent communication and organization skills.Preferred Qualifications? Arabic speakerExpectations? Ability to travel up to 80-100% of the timeAdditional InformationAll employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
