Senior Landscape Architect - Landscaping DivisionJOB PURPOSE:Provide constructive and effective support to Project Manager and in charge for all aspects of Landscaping Drawings 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :DESCRIPTION To prepare plans, drawings, sketches and models, as required, for sites landscaping drawingsCarry out site inspections as required to ensure the effective production of plans, drawings, sketches and models.Reproduce and distribute plans, drawings as required.Maintain all necessary records relating to plans, drawingsEffectively plan and execute required drafting support for project that have been assignedEngage with project personnel to deliver drawings on schedule and within defined budgetMaintain status awareness of projects drawings and coordinate delivery with other disciplines within project teamParticipate in project/discipline meetings and workshopsProvide input to continuous improvement initiativesUtilize proper CADD data management practices per company processes and procedures.Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to adjust quickly should there be changes in work priorities.Proven track record of managing multiple landscape projects from design phase through to completion.Experience of working within budgets, targets and timescalesKnowledge, skills and experience requiredTechnical qualification in craft design and technology;Minimum of 7 to 10 years experienceGood technical drawing skillsWorked in Auto CAD & 3D softwareSalary as per company standards plus Standard benefits as per UAE laws Please apply by sharing your application atCharles@sialandscaping.com with the above subject line
