Senior IT RecruiterKey Responsibilities:•Identify, attract, and recruit top IT talent for roles in the GCC region, with a primary focus on candidates from India.•Build and maintain a robust network of IT professionals and passive candidates in India.•Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams in the GCC region to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.•Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to find suitable candidates.•Screen and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and technical assessments.•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.Qualification:-•Proven track record as an IT Resourcer with a strong network in India.•Extensive experience in recruiting for roles such as SAP, RPA and IT management.•Based in UAE, preferably in Dubai.•Strong understanding of the IT industry and current market trends in the GCC and Indian regions.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.•Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.📠Location : Dubai
