The ideal candidate should perform the following duties and responsibilities.? Troubleshooting to detect and solve technical problems related with computer software/Hardware/Networking? Strong knowledge ERP process and Basic knowledge of Software and Database development? Knowledge Oracle-Netstuite will be a Big Plus? Installing or updating required hardware and software and recommending computer products or equipment to improve company productivity? promoting system usefulness, impose IT policies, provide customer support and manage budgets? Evaluation of each project stage and once completed? Speaking to your management to find out what they want? Advise management on where IT might make a difference to the business? Coordinating with project teams (in house /outsourced)? Planning the stages of the project and how each affects the business? Agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring these through the project? Keeping management updated on progress? Evaluation of each project stage and once completed? Making Backup and restore policies for important computers? Manufacturing environment would be a plus? Knowledge of Java Script and Office 365 will be a plus
