Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a high-end interior design and architecture company in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Interior Designer who will be responsible to manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with projects program, budget and time constraints.<br /><br /><br />-Utilize knowledge of residential, F&B and hospitality design and fit-out, custom furniture, lighting solutions, new technologies, finishes, materials, color selections<br />-Capability of preparing full sets of technical drawings including partition layout, furniture layout, ceiling layout, lighting layout, electric layout, flooring layout followed by full specification, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation independently or with minimal supervision<br />-Furniture and equipment selection and purchases<br />-Meeting with suppliers and briefing them on the needed scope<br />-Create mood boards and material boards<br />-Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with projects program, budget and time constraints<br />-Prepare Bill of quantities and quotations<br />-Perform professional architectural design and project management for interior and exterior design projects<br />-Coordinate project teams in the progress of architectural design and construction drawings, interior design drawings, specifications, schedule, cost estimates and project reports<br />-Have knowledge to review technical shop drawings provided by draftsmen and approving them before handing them to the production team<br />-Meeting with clients to get a full brief and to present the design<br /><br /><br />Requirements- Bachelors degree in interior design or related field.<br />-Experience of working with commercial, residential and hospitality projects.-Portfolio of design work.<br />-Highly creative, imaginative and artistic-Demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills and poise, capable of presenting to senior Business Leaders, Executives and Design Reviews<br /><br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits<br /><br />
