Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking & management skills and be able to create designs based on conversations and a brief from a client. They should be confident communicating regularly with clients and their team, some experience in luxury residential projects, ability to take direction clearly and work efficiently. The candidate should demonstrate familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends. You should be able to manage a team, communicate instructions clearly and be able to work independently on delivering a project from start to finish.Responsibilities

  • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
  • Meet with client in order to understand the clients objectives and desires
  • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address clients needs
  • Prepare presentations and drawings (3D, 2D, mood boards, mock-ups and renderings) for clients
  • Project supervision both onsite and off, communicating with Clients & Contractors
  • Reporting on progress and providing solutions on issues to the Head of Design & General Manager
  • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
  • Work independently and be wholly responsible for delivery of projects
  • Managing staff, providing advice and training
  • Procurement and FF&E selections
