Job Description

We are looking for a highly talented Senior Interaction Designer to join our team in Dubai. An ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player.Responsibilities:

  • Create proofs of concept that enhance digital experiences and help tell stories
  • Define Animation/motion guidelines for HungerStation products and digital touchpoints
  • Create interactive videos for presentations
  • Support product designers with in app micro interactions, gamification, design library component animation styles
  • Create animations and videos for a range of front-site projects, internal projects and brand campaign work
  • Working closely with designers and developers to turn user research findings into stories and actions that lead to valuable product and service features
  • Design and build compelling high quality animations and video productions
  • Creating visual design assets and utilizing conceptual and design skills to bring ideas to life
  • Shaping the details of motion projects by providing cutting edge techniques and technologies
  • Leading coordination with Engineers and Product teams on integrating functions and animated objects into visual designs and builds
  • Staying current with production tools and technology advancements
  • Training Designers in production and animation best practices
  • Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
  • Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
  • Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Design (any domain of design) or equivalent experience across graphic/visual design, graphic communication, motion design, video production
  • 4-6 years of designing digital products through animation, with a strong portfolio that showcases a deep knowledge of visual and motion design knowledge & skills
  • Highly collaborative between the cross functional teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other prototyping and project management tools
  • Expert in After Effects and good knowledge about Premiere Pro
  • 3D skills in Cinema 4D
  • Portfolio of shipped work that shows motion as part of UI and UX experience as well as creative campaigns
  • Have a passion for telling stories through motion, including storyboarding, editing footage, and motion graphics/animation
  • Have an eye for detailed design and can understand a variety of aesthetics
