Senior Instructor ScaffoldingAbout the role :Design and deliver Scaffolding and staging training programs to employees at various levels implementing a range of instructional strategies and demonstrating professional control of Mechanical tools and equipment, assessing competence both formative and summative, and evaluating training outcome and achievement of objectives.Requirements:?Graduate from university.?CISRS or equivalent certificate for scaffolding supervisor.?Advanced scaffold inspection certificate.?Manual handling specific to scaffolding trade.?Working at height.?Fall arrest equipment and Safety Harness Inspection.?International level certification related to Scaffolding and staging.?Working at height - Rescue training.?At least 5-10 years? experience as scaffold supervisor.?3-4 years? experience in the position of scaffolding trainer.Location: Dubai
