Senior InspectorJob Location : Dubai?Responsible to manage and monitor site operation ensuring compliance with the security standards and regulatory compliance with an accurate inspection.?Ensure that appropriate practices and internal controls are met with all security standards.?Ensure all information on security accidents or suspected security flaws have appropriate reporting mechanisms to notify superior for the appropriate investigation of the incidents.?Respond to Emergency Services call out in accordance with Security Operating Procedures.?Communicate and coordinate to enhance emergency response capabilities to test the response readiness and spread the port security awareness among all stakeholders.?Coordinate with LINE Manager for staff related issues and to find an appropriate solution, assign different tasks to the concern staff and maintain a cordial relationship with staff.?Manages consistently in developing and improving business and quality performance of the team members.?Facilitate the access and site handling of VIP?s (Dignitary, Authorities, celebrities and Office of Protocol) and their associates.Required Criteria:?High School Certificate?2+ years experience?UAE Nationals only?Proficiency in MS Office?Good English Communication Skills
