Job Description

Our client is a˙Leading Management Consulting Company. They are now looking for a˙Senior HR Specialist˙to join them.Roles & Responsibilities˙

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Evaluate the company?s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made to improve employee satisfaction
  • Track and manage all engagement tools metrics
  • Continue to review, update, and improve company policies and ensure policy compliance and awareness
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Salary: AED 7000 - AED 12000
