  • Handle general facets of HR such as recruitment, onboarding, retaining, performance management and employee relations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and conducting orientation.
  • Identify training needs, implement training programs, provide guidance to leadership on performance-related issues, and support the creation of performance improvement plans.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish and periodically maintain HR policies and guidelines, communicating changes to employees as needed.
