Job Description

  • Evaluate existing working practices and make necessary changes that comply with Company?s and Government Regulations
  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies and translate the same to MBC internal policies
  • Complete regular risk assessments and evaluate ways to reduce risks
  • Identify safe operational procedures and take account of all relevant hazards
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure policies and procedures are appropriately implemented
  • Develop and conduct Drills a training program to build awareness for managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks;
  • Track inspections results and ensure it is reflected in monthly reports along with recommendations of improvement.
  • Keep up to date with new Government regulations and maintain a working knowledge of all Health and Safety ?trends.
