We are seeking a Senior Head Hunter / Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of corporate client recruitment requirements and service delivery.Manage end-to-end recruitment ? Understand requirements, advise and execute appropriate recruitment strategies including advertising campaigns, referrals, sourcing and engaging with candidates interviewing, managing references checks and managing the offer process.Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidatesYou will be responsible for developing new client relationships through continual business development and focused networking. This role is ideal for people who enjoy relationship-building, consultative selling and developing business networks.
