Job Description

Our Client:Our client equips educators & learners with intelligent technologies to help them design and build their own learning journeysThey are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their fast growing team! Youll help build the strategy and be responsible for executing it. Your responsibility will cover activities across acquisition, conversion and retention. With the support of marketing, development and sales teams, youll conduct data driven experiments and look for improvements to CAC, LTV and churnResponsibilities:

  • Strategy: Build a plan with the management and be responsible for executing it to help the business achieve its growth goals
  • Analysis: Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, do customer research and talk to our prospects and customers to give you insights to test against
  • Customer Acquisition: improve our customer acquisition campaigns ? working across paid ads, SEO, affiliates and email marketing.
  • Customer Conversion: improve how we convert our prospects into happy customers. Focus on messaging, pricing and UX to identify, test and roll out improvements
  • Customer Retention: improve customer experience to reduce churn and increase LTV
  • Reporting: use GA, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Mixpanel, Segment, or any other familiar tools to measure and improve CAC, MRR and LTV.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years proven experience in a growth marketing role for a high growth B2B Tech Startup
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing growth with a focus on data
  • Advanced user of analytics tools ? Google Analytics Suite, Mixpanel, Power BI, Segment etc
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and the founders
  • Solutions-oriented, always look for innovative ways to make things work
  • Experience in a high growth start-up is a plus o Degree educated
  • Scaled a SaaS product
  • Understands the entire marketing stack including SEO/SEM/Social Media/ Content/ Email Marketing etc. and look at user reviews for website
  • Regional/ MENA experience will be a huge bonus
  • Has to be a Hands on do-er
