You will understand business challenges & opportunities and identify where customer data could help support business decisions. Youll create data sets, design analysis, provide rigorous reporting and make recommendations based on this to help determine our product roadmap.To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.If you are a self-motivated doer with a passion for solving customer problems; join us now, be part of the dream.

  • Craft narratives from data insights for non-technical team members that caters to clear storytelling and applicable recommendations
  • Design A/B experiments to test our solution hypotheses
  • Metrics creation and monitoring
  • Intelligent segmentation of our customers
  • Exploratory data analysis
  • Provide insights that deepen the understanding of overall user behavior, features/functionality use, and inferred user needs
  • Integrating data and insights into our product decisions
  • Translate broad questions into plans for research and discovery
  • Create all the technical implementations and documentation associated with the dashboards and work toward 100% accuracy
  • Champion best practice experimentation methodologies and analyze results
  • Use a mixture of SQL, programming, and/or statistical tools to pull, clean, and analyze data sets from structured and unstructured data including creating queries, reports, and data sets.
QualificationsSkills/Knowledge
  • Experience working with consumer data to derive behavioral patterns
  • Ability to model data through SQL, R or Python
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Analytical mind with a business acumen
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
  • Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment
  • Ability to work in a startup environment
