Job Description

You will lead the development, testing, and implementation of the platform, optimizing for the best client experience. You are able to take on an existing code structure and refactor it for an optimized code, API call, and general response times.

  • You will lead other developers, assigning and managing their tasks, reviewing their deliverables, and providing an assessment of their performance to ensure that you are equipped with a strong technical team
  • Refactoring existing and newly implemented back-end and front-end code structures
  • Documentation of the code
  • You will give a bi-weekly report on the performance of the platform, possible disruptions, and feedback on improvements to implement
