Main Task/Responsibility:To develop CRM system for bills, reports and data accounting from the scratch for diamonds and gold supply chain businesses.   • Working with a team of developers and communicating with them to form a product roadmap to achieve goals.
  • Ensuring compatibility across multiple platforms and boosting issue fixation during the testing and production phase.
  • Developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications
  • Approaching each project with utmost dedication to providing high-quality output, leading to an enhanced company reputation.
  • Maintaining periodic software check activities like fixing errors, troubleshooting, and upgrading relevant applications to their latest versions.
  • Creating security and data protection settings.
