Job Description

Role Purpose: Responsible for tracking the groups financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.?Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare monthly reports and presentations to the CFO, leadership team, stakeholders, and board members.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to identify consolidated group results, trends, and financial forecasts.
  • Examine and review the groups financial reports and data closely across 12 entities.
  • Prepare and consolidate yearly financial valuation, budgets, and annual forecast, including profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow statements by division across 12 entities.
  • Review policies and procedures, internal audit observations, and recommendations to ensure and develop internal controls.
  • Analyze past results, perform?variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Work on Business Development Projects that pertain to the Finance Function and the ERP.
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools and identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and?comparable company analysis.
