Job Description

A well-established Elevators and Escalators Industry Company is now hiring a proactive and resourceful Senior Financial Accountant who could independently manage the Finance and Accounting functions of the company.Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Working with the CEO to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance on consolidated basis
  2. Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge
  3. Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole
  4. Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision-making process and ensure success of the company
  5. Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances
  6. Attend to daily finance and accounting functions of the company
  7. Monitoring and liaison for Accounts Payable and Receivables
  8. Managing and Coordinating for Trade Finance for Bank Facility Utilization
  9. Prepare and Submit VAT and other Statutory Compliances
  10. Preparation of MIS Reports on Financial Parameters and other Balance Sheet Schedules
  11. Prepare forecast and yearly budgets of the company and determine the financial advantages
  12. Coordinating with External and Internal Auditors on planning and Finalization Phase of Audit
  13. Develop internal control policies, guidelines and procedures for activities such as cash management, stock monitoring, inventory control and etc.
Successful Candidate Requirements
  1. Fluency in English language and Excellent Business Writing Skills
  2. Bachelor?s Degree in Accountancy/Finance (CPA qualification will be an added advantage)
  3. Proven Senior Accounting/Finance experience of minimum 2 Years in U.A.E. and in total more than 6 years of solid Accounting experience
  4. Hands on experience in QuickBooks and Accounting packages
  5. Excellent analytical skills and accuracy and attention to details
  6. Possess Outstanding Leadership & Organizing Skills
  7. Past experience in elevator/escalator/ industry is an added advantage
