Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the companys long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to provide insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor economic and market trends to proactively adjust financial plans as needed.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets.
  • Create accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Oversee cash flow projections and optimize working capital management.
  • Implement strategies to enhance cash flow, mitigate financial risks, and maximize investment opportunities.
  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Establish internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, promoting their professional development.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate financial processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
