It is actively looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the Engineering and Construction division to expand its workforce.DescriptionOversee the financial strategic planning and prepare monthly review packs for Corporate finance reportEnsure that all activities are performed in a timely manner in order to comply with the reporting deadlinesDevelop budgets and meet business requirementsConduct regular financial analysis and recommend solutions to any problemsEnsure all financial and accounting information are recorded accuratelyEnsure all accounting activities comply with local financial laws and regulationsAssist and advise the top management on spending, cost controls, and resource allocation that would lead to achieve the financial targetsLiaise with the external financial entities on behalf of the companySet up KPIs for direct reports, conduct reviews and mentor and support the teamProfileProfessional financial qualification / certification is mandatory (CPA, CMA or similar)An extensive and recent experience within a construction and/or contracting firm is an absolute must10 years of experience within the relevant functionEuropean experience is requiredFrench language would be a strong assetKnowledge of Oracle is a nice-to-haveJob OfferThe successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package + benefits (including schooling allowance, family benefits, life insurance, etc).
