Job Description

The job holder?s is responsible for payments to suppliers, contractors, employees and customers as per the policies and authority matrix.This entails the coordination with various departments within the company who have initiated the purchase requisition, also entails the coordination with suppliers & contractors for information.

  • Processing of Supplier Invoice/Payments with in the timelines and ensure the completeness and compliance of the documents as per process and Authority Matrix set by the Company.
  • Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliations and ensure necessary Journal entries are entered in system before month end.
  • Passing Journal Entries as and when necessary.
  • Attending the queries and follow up from suppliers, via email and phone call.Reconciliation of Suppliers Statement of Account as and when requested.
  • Coordination with Site team for proper Invoice allocations and approvals.
  • Petty Cash Custodian for ECM ?Finance and reimbursement of Site Petty Cash.
