Ensure that all duties assigned are carried out according to the policies and procedures as set forth by the company..
Original documents collection from sky cargo & Dnata for all the landing shipments.
Preparing and segregation of documents for Dubai Municipality & Customs inspection.
Approach to GHA for cargo retrieval for DM inspection and approval.
Display all the items according to FIRS and packing list for DM inspector within the time frame agrees as per SOP.
After approval from DM & Customs inform GHA to prepare for palletization and loading.
Closely monitoring, counting, palletization and loading to avoid any counting or damages.
Gate pass and releasing truck from terminal.
Sorting and submitting original documents with DM to release FIRS from their systems.
Storing & submitting original for customs and handover file to operation executive for updating.
Maintain all the records for missing certificates, damages or any other discrepancies.
Update actual flight arrival/track & trace & preparing check sheet for all shipment.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be required from time to time.
