Job Description

  • Managing design process for Womens wear from conception through to final styling.
  • Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques.
  • Responsible for selecting partners for fabrics & suppliers.
  • Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
  • Liaising with graphic designers to ensure development packages are accurate.
  • Working with team of designers and merchandisers.
  • Manage under a dotted line with the production offices in Turkey and China.
  • Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation
