Job Description

For this senior-level position in Dubai, or remotely in a sufficiently overlapping timezone, we?re looking for an Experience Designer who will join our multidisciplinary creative team for our most ambitious client in the region. You will work alongside strategists, creatives, visual designers, and developers to design and optimize their website and digital journeys.You have a working knowledge of the strategy, concepting, design, prototyping, and testing needed to do so. You know how to do your research and perform an a/b test, but you really excel at designing creative solutions that turn content into memorable interactions?all while considering user needs, business objectives, and feasibility by keeping a short line with the stakeholders.About you

About the workYou?ll work on a variety of touchpoints and journeys for different audiences with different needs. While creating awareness and understanding through engaging content is the main activity, the challenge lies in mobilizing certain groups to connect and act. Your focus in this project is less on functionality and tasks and more on content and communication.You socialise ideas and solutions with clients, who recognise your experience and value your input. You?re comfortable with both leading?and collaborating with?creatives, designers, and developers of any level. They can rely on you to understand business, user, content, and tech requirements so they can design effectively. In turn, you amplify their work by testing it with users and designing improvements where needed.Requirements
  • 5+ years of designing web experiences with a focus on UX.
  • Full professional English proficiency, Arabic is a plus.
  • Comfortable facilitating the decision-making process with stakeholders.
  • Able to architect information and navigation structures.
  • Affinity with digital branding, marketing communication, and content design.
  • Fast and meticulous at designing flows and screens in Sketch and Figma.
  • Familiar with running user tests and performing design optimisation.
