Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONDuties & ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  1. Handle incoming calls and requests
  2. Schedule, follow up and reconfirm appointments
  3. Ensure that exceptional and quality service is provided to clients by maintaining constant contact with both clients and employees when the clients are in the center
  4. Integrate and up-date client files
  5. Coordinate client payments with billing and ensure correct data
  6. Manage, organize, and update relevant data
  7. Provide, and ensure remarkable customer service is provided, to clients
  8. Solve and report any concern/complaint from both clients and employees to the manager
  9. Perform Outcalls (to potential/existing clients) on a daily basis, as per the requirements of Medcares Business Development.
  10. Participate in business development activities when required by Medcare
  11. Provide Medcares patients with the basic features and benefits of all Treatments
  12. Perform up-selling and cross selling of Products, Treatments and Packages
  13. Make sure that all clients have completed their information sheet and signed a Consent Form ensuring the same filled properly on the software
  14. Ensure that the Medcare Medical Centres daily and monthly revenue targets of the dermatology department as set by Medcare.
  15. Monitoring and training of staff including but not limited to handling software properly, customer service, inventory, basic features and benefits of all aesthetics treatments, up-selling and cross selling of Products, Treatments and Packages, opening and closing duties in the center .
  16. Ensuring SOPs are being followed
  17. Conduct assessments including not limited to operational assessment, treatments performance audits , customer service audit and mystery shopper
