Designation- Senior Executive CoachReporting to - Head Coach/C.E. OLocation - Dubai, United Arab EmiratePosition - Full-Time/ Part-Time (Remote)Salary- Competitive PackageRoleWe are looking for a Senior Executive/Leadership Coach who wants to join our Consultancy Company that works with global cooperation. Senior Executive Coach must have a clear coaching modal or a program that enables a significant impact on other leaders or Senior Managers.Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide one-to-one and small group coaching to executives and high-potential leaders, in person and remotely.
  2. Co-facilitate executive training sessions, in-person and remotely.
  3. Conduct self-led research to understand clients? functions, business, and industry in-depth.
  4. Develop top-level insights from coaching work to inform team understanding of life/career transitions, career development, and organizational behavior trends.
  5. Contribute to strategy, planning, and solution/content development meetings, as required.
  6. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of how key industries work from a strategic and operational standpoint through to the day-to-day implications for leaders and their teams.
  7. Develop an in-depth understanding of psychological and behavioral change theories, processes, and practices.
  8. Develop a core understanding of organizational consulting frameworks and practices
  9. Apply, interpret, and leverage psychometric assessments, including the ability to compare individual test results to aggregated profiles.
