In Civil Engineering, with at least 7+ years? gulf experience in building contracting environment and thorough knowledge in preparation of tenders and budget estimates for all types of building projects in the middle east. The incumbent should be proficient in estimation, costing and knowledge of CCS Candy is an advantage.
